The national broadcaster will tonight host a virtual concert to commemorate Zimbabwe’s 40th independence, The Herald reports. The concert will also include a top 40 count down.

This was revealed by the Infomation, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister Monica Mutsvangwa in her independence speech. Honourable Mutsvangwa said:

Meanwhile, earlier today ZBC failed to broadcast the president’s independence speech.
