He added that the situation was not back to where it must be although there was some notable positive development. Rangwane also said that the union also shares the same grievances as those of the Zimbabwe Hospital Doctors Association (ZHDA) where they came from adding that its formation was necessitated by a need to improve the plight of doctors and patients. Doctors last year embarked on a months-long industrial action over paltry salaries they were receiving and poor working conditions which they said was putting their lives in great danger.
