The Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Mr Guo Shaochun has said that Zimbabweans are the ones who best know how to solve the Zimbabwean problems. Posting on Twitter this evening, ambassador Guo said:

> No country is perfect. No country knows Zimbabwe better than Zimbabwe. Zim doesn’t need other countries to teach it to do this or not to do that. Zim needs real partners and real help without any political conditions. Zimbabwe has the wisdom & ability to address its own issues.

He was speaking after meeting with President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the opening of Mahusekwa Hospital.

Guo’s remarks come as Zimbabwe, in a bid to solve the socio-economic and political crises in the country, is trying to reconnect with the international community after two decades of isolation.
