*Tendai Biti Warns Ramaphosa Against Ignoring The Zimbabwean Crises* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?np MDC vice president, Tendai Biti has warned South African president Cyril Ramaphosa against ignoring the Zimbabwean crises saying that if they explode, South Africa would suffer. Biti was speaking at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London at the launch of a book, Democracy Works: Rewiring Politics to Africa’s Advantage, to which he contributed. Biti added that Ramaphosa could take the role of a mediator that was assumed by the former South African president Thabo Mbeki a decade ago. President Mbeki mediated between three major political parties in Zimbabwe, leading to the formation of a government of national unity (GNU). The ruling ZANU and the MDC are not in talking terms with each party blaming the current situation on another. Both the political and economic crises have been worsening lately. Workers in various sectors have been threatening to suspend their services if their concerns are not met. Their salaries have been eroded by the soaring inflation which resulted from the austerity measures the government introduced. ---------- itel A70 256GB $99USD WhatsApp: https://wa.me/+263715068543 Calls: 0772464000 ---------- Analysts have projected that if the situation is left unattended, it would explode resulting in anarchy.
