PTUZ secretary general Raymond Majongwe had this to say: > We got this letter from the PSC reiterating that we cannot engage them outside the NJNC. This shows government can’t even understand their own laws. The Act and SI 45 of 1998 are clear we can engage the government without the romantic Apex Council.
