*Even In Death, Tsvangirai Unites Zimbabwe* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?hr Tsvangirai has managed to pull crowds both when he was alive and when he is dead. This follows his memorial service held in Buhera that was attended by members of both ZANU PF and the MDC and various other parties. Speaking to the Daily News ahead of the event, MDC spokesperson Jacob Mafume said that everyone was welcome to attend the event. Mafume said: ---------- itel A70 256GB $99USD WhatsApp: https://wa.me/+263715068543 Calls: 0772464000 ---------- > We are inviting everyone including those from Zanu PF to attend the memorial service of an icon. As the MDC family we will be there in full force to give our leader a befitting service. It is during such occasions that we can demonstrate our oneness as a nation. Former Zanu PF chairperson for Manicaland Mark Madiro also argued that everyone could attend the event. He said: > Matters of culture and tradition cannot be politicised. This is not a matter which we can talk about along party and political grounds. > According to our traditions, a memorial service can never be politicised … anyone who is willing to attend the memorial service is free to go there, be they Zanu PF or not. Above sentiments echoed those of the Tsvangirai family which revealed that they had invited everyone to the memorial. Tsvangirai’s brother and family spokesperson, Manase said: > Like we have put it across before, everybody is welcome. Morgan worked with so many people across the world. We expect people to be wearing the regalia of Morgan Tsvangirai and not any other person. > We are saying it is a memorial that should be respected. … Mnangagwa has been invited as the face of the government … because Morgan had worked with this government. We are getting support from government and they have fulfilled their promises. *Related:* JUST IN: ZANU PF Permits Members To Attend Tsvangirai Memorial JUST IN: ED Dispatches Graders To Clear Road To Tsvangirai Homestead WATCH: Nelson Chamisa Speech At Tsvangirai Memorial President Mnangagwa Will Not Attend Tsvangirai Memorial More: The Daily News _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
