> President Adv. Nelson Chamisa today met with the party’s National Guardians’ Council at Morgan Tsvangirai House, the party’s headquarters to discuss party matters and issues affecting the nation.

> The Guardian’s Council is the party’s well of wisdom, from time to time the President and the party leadership seek its guidance.

> Comprising of 32 members drawn from the country’s 10 provinces, the Guardian’s council is an organ of set up in terms of Article 6.7 of the MDC Constitution to offer advice and wisdom to the national leadership as well as carry out advocacy work, investigations, arbitration and reconciliation in disputes on critical matters of party concern.
