Part of the statement reads: > The attacks in Beni have resulted in the death of approximately 80 people, as well as the injury and displacement of many people. > SADC is resolute in voicing its condemnation of the attacks that the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) continue to perpetrate on the civilian population in the DRC. These remarks have attracted criticism from Zimbabwean observers who said that Mnangagwa was “hypocritical” since he “unleashed a reign of terror” on civilians back home.
