Zimbabwe is considered an Authoritarian regime based on the index. Its score is between 3.0-3.99. The highest score on the index is 10. Countries with an index of 10 include Canada, Sweden and Australia. They are classified Full democracies. The lowest ranked country is North Korea. It is considered an Authoritarian regime just like Zimbabwe. Interestingly, Belarus (137), Kazakhstan (144) Azerbaijan (149) are ranked below Zimbabwe.
