*AFM Rift Widens As Faction Elects New Leadership* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?zm The Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) church in Zimbabwe has elected new leadership. One of the factions, which remained loyal to the outgoing president Aspher Madziyire elected former secretary Amon Madawo as its new president and Reverend Clever Mupakaidzwa as the deputy president. In a statement, the new leadership lauded the former president Asher Madziyire. The church wrote > His achievements and contributions to the church in a 15-year tenure are too numerous to mention. What is evident is that during his tenure the church grew into the behemoth that it is today. The number of churches, pastors and members grew during these years. AFM split into two factions as the church’s leadership fought for the control of one of Zimbabwe’s biggest Pentecostal movements. The church has experienced lots of upheavals as pastors left the church and formed their own ministries. Some of the famous pastors who left the church include Emmanuel Makandiwa and gospel musician Charles Charamba. ---------- itel A70 256GB $99USD WhatsApp: https://wa.me/+263715068543 Calls: 0772464000 ---------- *Related:* *Baba And Mai Charamba Leave AFM, Form Church* *More: Daily News* _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
