*Nothing Selective About Arrests Of "Bigwigs", Zanu-PF Resolved To Fight All Corruption - Obert Mpofu* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?ao Former minister of Home Affairs and Zanu-PF’s secretary for administration Obert Mpofu has said that there is nothing selective about the arrests of former cabinet ministers and other high profile individuals. Mpofu said the arrests were in line with Zanu-PF’s resolutions to have zero tolerance for corruption. In an interview with the Chronicle, Obert Mpofu said, > If one has committed a crime let the courts clear them. The arrests are not selective, but it is an issue where people find themselves being asked to account for their deeds or actions. I don’t think it is victimisation, but a way of trying to allow people to explain and clear themselves and there is nothing wrong…There is nothing wrong (with the arrests), it is just that people what to amplify negativity even on things that are meant to help clear the air…That is a resolution of the party and we are going to ensure that all resolutions are followed up and implemented. So we are not going to leave any of those resolutions that had been passed by the congresses. *Related:* *David Parirenyatwa Arrested For Criminal Abuse Of Office* *Former Minister Undenge Sentenced To 4 Years In Prison Over $12 000* *Former Minister Samuel Undenge Out On $1 000 Bail* *Saviour Kasukuwere Found Not Guilty In Border Jumping Case* More: Chronicle ---------- Latest itel S24 available on Pindula: 128GB storage $119 USD WhatsApp +263783450793 ---------- itel A50 now available on Pindula at $84 64GB storage, 2GB RAM. _ideal for light usage_ _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
