In a statement yesterday, Zimpapers Group spokesperson Ms Beatrice Tonhodzayi announced the appointment of talk show host Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa to the post of Projects Manager for the Radio Broadcasting Division, as well as the appointment of Simon Mapuranga to the post of general manager for Bold Ads.

Parirenyatwa will be overseeing projects for the division’s radio stations, namely Star FM and Diamond FM as well as Nyaminyami FM in Kariba and Capitalk FM in Harare which are owned by Kingston’s Holdings. Mapuranga’s appointment is expected to lead to the revival of Bold Ads which is well known for its production of telephone directories in the past.
