The Nust Educators Association (NUSTEDA) in a statement said: > The NUSTEDA executive hereby announces an immediate industrial action in both parallel and conventional programmes from today (13 September), until issues affecting NUST have been resolved. Members who attended today’s NUSTEDA General Meeting highlighted that the existence of the Union is under threat, and current working conditions are untenable and they pose a threat to the health and safety of academic members of staff and students. > The Union resolved that a letter should be written to the Chairman of Council to this effect, and copied to management, against whom complaints are being launched.
