*Nust students being turned away by hospitals & doctors over medical aid* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?wy National University of Science and Technology (Nust) students are being turned away by medical service providers because Heritage Health Fund which manages their medical aid facility is not remitting funds despite receiving funds from Nust. Nust’s director of communications and marketing Mr Felix Moyo confirmed the development to The Chronicle and said that Heritage Health Fund now owes them $92 000. Said Moyo: ---------- Latest itel S24 available on Pindula: 128GB storage $119 USD WhatsApp +263783450793 ---------- > All we know is that Heritage Health Fund is no longer supporting our students according to our agreement. What we have been doing all along is that the students have been using that medical aid. And when the service providers file their claims Nust has been settling those claims and forwarding the same claims after settlement to Heritage (Health Fund) for them to reimburse Nust. Heritage (Health Fund) [now] owes us about $92 000 and they have not paid even a cent towards any of the claims. He appealed to service providers to continue providing medical services to Nust students saying the university will foot the bills. When contacted by The Chronicle for a comment, an official from Heritage said they were not aware of such an issue.
