According to Chimene, the relatives verbally abused her at Mutambabenengwe’s burial on Saturday following comments she had made. I told mourners that there might be something he did wrong, I was verbally assaulted for that. Retired High Court judge Justice Simpson Victor Mutambanengwe, was not declared a national hero, although he was accorded a State assisted funeral. Justice Mutambanengwe died in Namibia last week after succumbing to renal failure. He was 87. He was buried at Dambakurimwa Farm in Zimunya, Mutare.
