Minister of Home Affairs Ignatius Chombo has sensationally claimed that MDC-T President Morgan Tsvangirai is not educated as he only has 2 passes at Ordinary Level.  Chombo also claimed that Tsvangirai was a political failure and that his time in government was a disaster.

This is a complex country which needs sophisticated, educated leadership, not people like Tsvangirai whom, we are told, has two O-Level (passes).
