Leaked images of the Bond Notes have started to circulate on social media today following the announcement by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe that the Bond Notes would be released on Monday.  The picture above, showing a $2 and $5 Note is circulating on WhatsApp in Zimbabwe.

It is not clear yet if the images circulating show the legitimate specimen. However, top journalists in the country including Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa have confirmed seeing them physically:
