Spain and Canada are among nations that recommended that Zimbabwe decriminalises same-sex marriages for consenting adults. In an interview with The Herald shortly after the meeting last Friday, Emmerson Mnangagwa said Zimbabwe had shot down the recommendation on homosexuality.
