SA Airlink Launches Daily Flights To Victoria Falls
South Africa’s Airlink on Monday launched daily service flights between Victoria Falls and Johannesburg.
The move was welcomed by the tourism industry players who say it will boost arrivals as the sector is still recovering from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Victoria Falls-Johannesburg route connects Zimbabwe’s main tourist attraction, Victoria Falls and South Africa’s main economic hub.
A majority of tourists fly into Victoria Falls from Europe via Johannesburg where they connect to the resort city.
Airlink already operates daily flight services between Victoria Falls and Cape Town except for Saturdays.
