"Police Summon Four CCC Activists Over Nyatsime Violence" CCC Party

Police in Marondera are reported to have summoned four Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) activists following violence that erupted in Nyatsime, Beatrice last week Tuesday.

The violence erupted at the memorial service of slain CCC activist, Moreblessing Ali and spread into the neighbouring homes.

According to the main CCC party which is led by Nelson Chamisa, the four, Misheck Guzha, Audious Makoma, Precious Jeche and Felix Biri have been summoned by Marondera police’s Law and Order division. The party said in a statement on Sunday:

CCC champions Misheck Guzha, Audious Makoma, Precious Jeche & Felix Biri have been summoned to attend at Law & Order Marondera. Their homes were burnt by Zanu PF thugs following the memorial prayer service for Moreblessing Ali who was murdered in cold blood by Zanu PF.

Meanwhile, ZANU PF claims that CCC some activists burnt the homes of ruling party supporters. Witnesses said this was after ZANU PF officials had blocked CCC supporters from attending the memorial service of their colleague where Chamisa was the main speaker.

Ali’s suspected killer Pias Mukandi alias Jamba was brought to court last week and remanded in custody.

Presiding over the burial of Major General Rtd Sydney Bhebe this Monday, President Emmerson Mnangagwa said the violence was staged to tarnish the country’s image.

@ mwenewazvo & @ sekoz...
u obviously missed the point...
my comment is satirical irony!
I can see the sarcasm got to you quick quick!
That was the provoke yrr intellect by highlighting the insensible reasoning of the Police and their political handlers...
how can the police arrest a victim of arson?
whilst leaving out those from the other party?
this is clearly subjective bias...
wheres the rule of law?

A monkey in a velvet suit is always a monkey .Its not a surprise to find a man in the highest office talking such unbelievable rubbish. A leader is supposed to unite all pple across the political divide and condemn violence .
Surprisingly he is calling it a stage managed event unless he uses a different dictionary to describe the events that took place at Nyatsime.
First he shld hve condemned what Masimbi did by denying morners the right to mourn their beloved one and secondly condemn the violence that followed.

Those CCC sympathisers who suffered from the arson attacks should expect to get arrested as they r prime suspects in the burning down of their own homes.
They did so inorder to tarnish the image of the country, party & leadership.
