PICTURES: Suspected Stolen Toyota Fortuner Intercepted Along Limpopo River
A suspected stolen Toyota Fortuner was intercepted by Zimbabwean security agencies while being smuggled from South Africa into Zimbabwe in transit to Zambia.
 
The Herald reports that the suspects fled leaving the car submerged in the Limpopo River.

Since the launch of Operation “No to Cross Border Crimes,” many people have been arrested for smuggling cars and other goods. 

Most of the cases are recorded along the border between Zimbabwe and South Africa.
