Why are we wasting our resources in ZUPCO, as I'm speaking someone is draining diesel from the tank now. All Zupco franchises are drained extra fuel pakati pehusiku. Sei vachipa ma driver diesel riri extra sei now, everyday they drain more than 80 litres each day but vabereki vachishaya transport. absolutely nonsense !!

You are such a f o o l, how can you deny things tt you don't have evidence? I have evidence on my hand and even if you say few bad apples but do you know one bad apple is enough of causing the whole basket goes bad? Do you know that very same fuek control department is the one that is giving extra fuel for a fee? Don't mislead the public with you lies, I'm not yetrrady to disclose all those buses who are doing so and their registration numbers. Anti corruption uniti is sleeping and you are too a thief defending corruption practices. What caused 22 Zupco employees to be fired last week but one and what causes a swap of management Belvedere and Chitungwiza unit? Drivers have a link with those so called fuel control no n se nse. They are drawing each and every night because they are offered extra fuel. I will not stop saying this becoz I know and I have the evidence you mo t h er Fu c ke r

You're a pathetic liar. You're misleading the public. Mentioning that all Zupco franchises drain fuel is blowing issues out of proportion since only a few bad apples are carry out such practices in the dark. There is nothing like draining diesel openly. We also have a fuel control department responsible for matching allocated fuel VS distance covered. You can visit any of our depots to establish the nature of our operations. Don't generalize issues you have no clue about

Zupco has a nice anti-robbery system in the Tap card system but surprisingly they have abandoned it for the love of cash. Conductors deliberately switch it off or vandalize it so that tap card commuters are deterred in using it. Now with these these trending robberies they will regret ever abandoning the tap card

Divisions operations Manager :Northern Division 1 month ago

It's unfortunate that the system has not worked out so well. Conductors are however not responsible for the networks. If service provision is poor, the transportation of passengers cannot stop. Who has not experienced network challenges with econet and Netone? It is the passengers' associations who have lobbied for use of cash for convenience' sake.

Tap machine is convenient, i will not lie. But problem is that when we get to the depot. The system acts against the conduct, they will go on to say you taped 100 people whilst you would have tapped only 30. Then you are charged with a warning ku hearing and you are made to pay for the 70 people. That's why conductors are against tap machines.

I wonder why what tpye of a manager who spend time commenting on Pindula whilst Nkayi's 2 districts have one bus ever since Zupco was introduced , better to shut up my friend cause you are loafering in office I don't think genuine manager can do that if you was or will be a manager take that issue serious visit all other high profiled managers and ask them why and how two districts have one AVM bus that is poorly serviced

It is against this background that we have decided to allow passengers to pay using cash which is mostly convinient for them. We are a listening organisation and that is why we've also taken our conductors' concerns seriously. Where we must protect them, let it be.

Why not just abandon the whole tap card system as it affects commuters who tie their cash in it? ....We are in a highly volatile situation, armed criminals are on the loose, at least Zupco must employ target hardening tactics to ward off such robberies, these young girls carrying bags of money are very vulnerable to attack, you are putting their lives at risk as robbers would be targetting them.

Lilly 1 month ago

shutting your mouth was better manager you are the chief culprit how can you manage with such grave consequences happening in your division what are you saying about areas like Nkayi Bulawayo with only one Zupco bus worse Nkayi north doesn't have one with such population and two districts with one bus have you ever been to Nkayi or just take it's map and road networks you will see that you have to pull up your socks rather than spending time on pindula instead of facing reality
