No Transport Woes On Tuesday Evening - ZUPCO

The Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO) has assured the public that the fuel challenges that it faced on Monday have been resolved, therefore, there will be adequate transport today.

In a statement, ZUPCO had said there will be transport challenges “this evening” but the company’s chief executive officer Everisto Madangwa has clarified that the notice was related to yesterday (Monday) and not today. He said:

The situation has improved from yesterday and the fuel supplies we now have. So the notice was related to yesterday.

In the statement that was issued on Monday, ZUPCO said the commuting public will face transport challenges due to delays in fuel deliveries at ZUPCO. The statement read:

The Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO), wishes to advise the commuting public that, there will be transport challenges this evening. This has resulted from delays in fuel deliveries at ZUPCO.

However, the commuting public should not panic as illustrious efforts are underway to ensure that the challenge is resolved.

We remain committed and will continue to serve the nation with safe, reliable and affordable travel.

We regret and apologize to all our valued customers for any inconvenience caused.

Your continued support is greatly appreciated.

@Zvimbazi, you're probably aware that only Econet subscriber have free access to online Pindula news. I, @Vybz Kartel, read Pindula news in my well ventilated and spacious office this via my 🍎 Apple laptop or a tablet of similar brand. I only use my cellphone (iPhone) for calls only. For the avoidance of doubt, I am a holder of a NetOne line and in this connection, the legendary @Vybz Kartel visits the Pindula news page on purchased data bundles ONLY.
