HOW TO APPLY?
Step 1:
Send us the following scanned documents:

✅ O Level Certificate
✅ A Level Certificate
✅ Bachelor Degree Certificate & Transcript (For Master's Applicants)
✅ 1 Passport Size Photo (3.5 by 4.5)

Acceptance Letter is issued within 7 days.
Step 2:
After Acceptance Letter is issued you make payment for Administration Fee of 80 USD.
Step 3:
You make payment for First Year Tuition Fee to the university's bank account through bank telegraphic transfer.
After the university receive your first year tuition fee , they will issue your Visa Support Letter.
Step 4:
We assist you apply for your visa at the Polish Embassy .
The following documents are required for the visa to be issued:
✅ Filled National Visa Application Form
✅ Passport
✅ Acceptance Letter
✅ Visa Support Letter
✅ Travel Medical Insurance
✅ If you have a parent or sponsor, your sponsor or parent must prepare a signed declaration of the coverage of all relevant costs together with a copy of his/her ID or passport. This letter (in original) must be Notarized (prepared by a Notary Public) and Apostilled or legalized by the appropriate institution.
In addition to this, the sponsor or parent must also provide a signed confirmation of employment letter (in original) which clearly indicates his/her salary/wages and the last 3 months pay slips.
✅ Flight Itinerary
Visa Fee is 1440 rands.
Visa is issued within 15 days.
Step 5
After visa is issued we assist you book your flight ticket to Poland.
One way Flight Ticket from Zimbabwe to Poland cost range from 600 USD to 700 USD depending on the day of booking.
Usually the earlier you book your flight ticket the cheaper it is.
Accommodation is paid on arrival at the university in Poland.
Accommodation costs €100 per month.
