Job Description
As a Young Graduate - Lubes Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the following activities :
- Responsible for day-to-day sales activities to lubricants customers
- Prospect for new business
- Provide quarterly sales forecast to Specialties Coordinator
- Review lubricants prices in line with cost and margin objectives
- Makes lubes product recommendations
- Visits customers in line with monthly travel schedule with respective Lubes Sales Eng & Key Accounts Managers
- Prepare monthly sales reports actual vs budget by customer
- Report all customer visits in SALSA
- Attends to customer complaints and queries
- Follow up slow moving stocks and Lube Warehousing meeting action plans status from respective team players.
- Performs credit control functions and follow up on bad debts
- Prepare Bus Dev contracts register and alert on DD tracking
- Follow up dashboard, flash, DSO and SALSA reports
- Performs compliance procedures for Due Diligence for all necessary stakeholders
