Purpose of the Job
We are seeking to appoint-a-Warehouse Administrator, to ensure smooth flow of processes, procedures and systems, in the Warehouse Department
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Supply chain management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
- Attention to detail
- Works well in a team
- Understanding of Customer Services concepts
- Ability to sort and logically process information
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all orders are consigned, despatched and recorded correctly
- Capture stock counts figures and produce the necessary reports
- Keep accurate records of all Proof of deliveries to Customers
- Record overtime and ensure that timesheets are processed accurately
- Ensure that bin transfers are done accurately and timeously
- Ensure shortages are actioned timeously
- Ensure that damaged I returned stock report is sent to Operations Director for stock adjustments
- Attend to Customer complaints and queries
