Summary
Applicants are invited to fill in the above-mentioned vacant positions that have arisen in our Life Assurance Division:
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties And Responsibilities
- Establishing synergies through stakeholder relationship management in the agribusiness value chain
- Team Administration
- Assist in recruiting. training, and motivating sales agents
- Performance management
- Compiling and analysing team sales figures
- Advise on market information such as changing customer needs. queries. etc
- Quality control of new business
Qualifications And Experience
- A qualification in Agriculture
- Minimum of 1-year experience in agribusiness working in the private sector or government sector
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with farmers
- In-depth knowledge of agriculture
- Good record of achieving targets
- Strong selling and managerial skills
- Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity, and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
- Should be aggressive. effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking. and a self-starter
- Good presentation & interpersonal skills
