A small local start-up in Harare seeks the services of a mature, experienced, and competent lady to join our vibrant small team as an ADMINISTRATION INTERN. Potential candidates :
- Should reside in Harare, Marlborough, Green Croft, Avonlea, Bluffhill, or Marlbereign.
- High level of proficiency and ability to grasp accounting systems used by the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Irreproachable integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Mature, hands-on, good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and statistical computation with special attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to work in a care and female environment and work additional hours as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Budgeting and budgetary control.
- Accounts receivables and payables.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and standards.
- Financial and management accounts reporting and information management.
- Assets management and control.
- Procurement and inventory management and control.
- Policies and procedures development and maintenance.
- Human Resources Administration
- Sales tracking and reporting
- Office Administration
Qualifications And Experience
- Should be studying Business administration or Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution.
