Summary
We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for the above position which have arisen at our Head Office in Harare (Bright Insurance Brokers).
(Reporting to Client Relations Manager)
Key Performance Areas
- Assist in servicing and maintaining an allocated portfolio of clients
- Assisting in preparation of renewal meetings by updating policy registers, client submissions, claims statistics and seeking terms from Insurers.
- Update client summaries for own allocated portfolio clients
- Processing and timeous settlement of claims
- Perform credit control duties for own allocated portfolio of clients
- Assist in the acquisition of new business
- Carry out other related duties from time to time as and when required by relevant authority
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Insurance & Risk Management/ ACII/ AIISA/IIZ Diploma
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
