Lupane State University is inviting applications for admission to the listed Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes from candidates who meet the spcified entry requirements, programmes comencing in September 2022.
FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND APPLIED SCIENCE
Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree in Production Engineering
Normal Entry
- 5 '0' Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science; and At least 3 'A' Level passes, preferably in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry; or
Special Entry
- 5'0' Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science; and A Relevant National Diploma (ND) in an approved Engineering field or equivalent and have at least two (2) years relevant industrial experience.
Duration: 5 years Conventional
Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
Normal Entry
- 5'0' Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science; and At least 3 `A' Level passes, in Mathematics and Physics and any other Science/Technical subject.; or
Special Entry
- 5 '0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics; and A Relevant National Diploma (ND) in an approved Engineering field or equivalent and have at least two (2) years relevant industrial experience.
Duration: 5 years Conventional
Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree in Fuels and Energy Engineering
Normal Entry
- 5 '0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics. At least 3 `A' Level passes, in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry; or
Special Entry
- 5 '0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics and A Relevant National Diploma (ND) in an approved Engineering field or equivalent and have at least two (2) years relevant industrial experience.
Duration: 5 years Conventional
Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Business Computing
Requiments:
- 5'0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics; and At least 2 'A' Level passes preferably in Sciences and Business subjects OR a relevant National Diploma or its equivalent.
Duration: 4 years Conventional/ Block Release
Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Information Technology
Normal Entry
- 5'0' Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science and At least 2 `A' Level passes in Mathematics and any other Science or commercial subjects
Special Entry
- 5 '0' Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and Science and A Relevant National Diploma (ND) in an approved Computer Science/ Information Technology field or equivalent and have at least two (2) years relevant post qualification experience.
Duration: 4 years Conventional
