An Accountant Professional responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of the organization .Interpreting financial records and oversee responsibilities .
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Formulate standard operating procedures as necessary
- Bank and debtors management and reconciliation review
- Evaluate the company’s performance using key data
- Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision making
- Developing strategies that help to minimize financial risk
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Supervise lower-level personnel
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting
- 5 Minimum years proven experience in Accounts department in FMCG
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and coaching skills
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
