Secretary (Examinations)

Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above vacant position which has arisen at the Women’s University in Africa. The Secretary will report to the Senior Assistant Registrar - Examinations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Typing and filing of all correspondence for the Section.
• Typing and printing of examination question papers.
• Attending to student examination issues and results.
• Organising and taking minutes for the Section.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
• Attending to telephone enquiries.
• Ordering and handling the distribution of stationery in the Section.
• Dealing with other communication such as email and fax.
• Performing any other duties as delegated by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Examinations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Five (5) O’ Level passes including English Language.
• National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognised examination board.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
