Summary

We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for the above position which have arisen at our Head Office in Harare (Bright Insurance Brokers). 

Key Performance Areas

  • Diary Management
  • Organising Team meetings and taking minutes thereof, including follow-up on matters arising from the minutes before the next meeting
  • Preparation of business reports and documents
  • Events management/organisation
  • Arranging travel and accommodation requirements
  • Checking and ensuring adequacy of all office supplies
  • Perform any other related business duties as and when required. 

Minimum Requirements

  • At least a Diploma/HND in Secretarial/ Administration
  • At least 3 years' working experience in a similar role
