Sales Manager

Job Description

Provide the Business support in key business initiatives to ensure sustainability and contribute to business results. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Identifying emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Building and promoting strong, long lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Facilitate the efficient delivery of service through communication, negotiation and coordinate with internal and external clients to manage client relations.
• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Sales and Marketing and or business administration or any related field is considered.
• Experience and knowledge of the earth moving and construction equipment market a "MUST" have.
• Computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure) MS Office etc
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.( Minimum 5 years)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written communication including listening)
• Leadership potential Ability to achieve results utilizing talent in team.
• Business Development skills and knowledge.
• Good customer relations.
