Job Description
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the abvove-mentioned vacancy that has arisen within the Croco Group of Companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meets sales and marketing targets.
- Ensures customer satisfaction.
- Acts as the customer contact touch point.
- Acquires new business by conducting business development activities in line with periodic sales plan.
- Promotes the brand, updates, and maintains social media platforms to generate leads.
- Spearheads the sales administration function with junior stuff reporting to this office.
- Maintains sales records, compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Conducts market intelligence regularly.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing or any equivalent qualification.
- A professional qualification in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 3 years' experience preferably in Hotel and Catering industry
- A driver's license is an added advantage
- Good command of Microsoft packages
