Sales and Customer Relations Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Officer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making cold calls to attract potential customers.
• Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
• Promote and up-sell product to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
• Conduct site visits to generate more leads.
• Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages.
• Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
• Provide constructive feedback on sales, customers and product.
• Conduct price survey.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Sales.
• Fuel Industry Sales experience is an added advantage.
