Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned vacant post that has arisen within the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF) - an equal opportunity employer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that business partners accounts are up to date at any given period
- Regularly following up any outstanding levy debt
- Ensuring business growth by identifying and registering all eligible business partners
- Ensuring compliance by all business partners through conducting inspections
- Collecting training levy due from all eligible business partners
- Monitoring all business partners under Judicial Management to file claims for levy debt
- Educating business partners about training levy, its benefits and usage of the funds
- Attending timeously to all client queries to facilitate smooth levy collections
- Preparing periodic reports on levy collections, inspections, registrations, and debtors
- Producing ad hoc reports on portfolio performance and any other related matters
- Carrying out any other similar duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent degree
- English Language and Mathematics at Ordinary Level a must
- At least two years' working experience in related field
- Good knowledge of SAP a must
- Clean class 4 Driver's licence is a must
