Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacant post mentioned above.
Reporting To: Accounts Clerk Revenue
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receipting all monies accruing to Council
- Preparation of daily cash summary and handing over all cash collected for banking
- Writing Notices of Monies by the end of following day after receipt
- Updating Water and Sewer Connection Books upon receipt of respective payments
- Filing all duplicate receipts daily
- Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Accountant Revenue/Expenditure
Qualifications And Resp0onsibilities
- 5 O'levels including English Language, Mathematics/Accounts
- A Higher National Diploma in any commercial field
- At least two years relevant experienceAbility to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and also as a team member
