Job Description
Africa Gaming (Pvt) Ltd t/a Africa Bet is a gaming company specialising in soccer, horse racing, virtual games, lotto games and other sports. The candidate will be dealing with the management of branches under one's Area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and being accountable for the region in all aspects of the business.
- Ensuring Excellent Customer Service in all branches in a region
- Sales Performance and profitability
- Brand management and Promotions
- Overseeing that the branches are operating within targets, standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down from time to time
- Business Development and Customer liaisons
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: Degree in any area of Business
- At least 5 years experience in operations management
- Retail or branch management experience elsewhere is an added advantage
- Should be resident in Mutare
- Willing and able to travel across the country
- Driver's License is a must
