To administer Calls and recede clients Should be versatile and innovative to promote the Women's Bank Brand. One should be highly organized and flexible to support other tasks in various departments
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives customers at the reception and calls.
- Reports any telephone faults to respective service providers to ensure that all telephones are fixed timeously to avoid communication breakdown.
- Making appointments
- Filing and keeping client records.
- Responding to all client inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Administrative Duties o Compilation of Reports
- Assists with Social Media Platforms administration
Qualifications And Experience
- Ordinary Level,
- Secretarial Course
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused
- High level of Integrity
- Deportment and well groomed
- Ability to work under pressure
