Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives customers at the reception and calls.
- Reports any telephone faults to respective service providers to ensure that all telephones are fixed timeously to avoid communication breakdown.
- Making appointments
- Filing and keeping client records.
- Responding to all client inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Administrative Duties o Compilation of Reports
- Assists with Social Media Platforms administration
Qualifications And Experience
- Ordinary Level,
- Secretarial Course
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of Integrity
- Deportment and well groomed
- Ability to work under pressure
