Front Office Management
Duties
- Receive clients and visitors, answer, screen and direct them to relevant departments
- Make calls for and relay messages to staff members, writing messages and distributing them to relevant people
- Answering calls and providing information about services offered
- Create and maintain a tracking system to the delivery and receipt of all documents
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and liaising with security
- Maintaining Health Management Systems
- Liaison with various healthcare providers
- Assisting the administrator with the Accounting Information system
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Secretariat and Business Administration or any related qualification
- 2 years post qualification experience
- Experience in the same post will be an added advantage
