Reporting to the Administration Officer,the job exist to project a positive corporate image through welcoming and assisting visitors (inluding callers) with courtesy.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as the interface between the company and its customers.
- Provision of general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing, as well as making travel arrangements
- Promotion of customer service through attending to visitors and customer queries at the front office
- Welcomes/receives screens and assists visitors
- Receives incoming calls through the switchboard and assists callers by re-routing the call to the relevant officials.
- Assist disseminate product information to potential and existing customers
- Ensures the reception area is clean all times
- Recommends necessary improvements to the reception set-up and decor from time to time + Prepares and types documents (such as memos, notices, contracts, reports) as requested
- Assist in events management
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Administration Officer
Qualificstions And Experience
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- Honesty and Integrity
- Good Communication Skills
- Superior customer service orientation
