We are looking for a suitably qualified Receptionist Cashier (x2) to join our Cresta Hotels team in Bulawayo.
Greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival.To collect and distribute, post, parcels and also deal with general enquiries and ensuring the lobby and front office areas are always clean and tidy.
- Welcome guests by greeting them in person giving them information about the hotel and directing them appropriately
- Provide answers to visitors' inquiries about the hotel and/or its services.
- Answer and transfer calls on multi-line telephones
- Sell hotel products and services
- Attend to customer complaints and requests.
- Maintain standards of service commensurate with the Cresta brand standards
- Implement Front Desk systems and procedures.
- Direct visitors and clients/customers to their desired destinations in the premise
- Maintain security at the desk at all times by following procedures, monitoring and reporting any suspicious visitors.
- Capture guests' profiles, room changes, or room moves on every shift.
- Record and update front office dairy on departmental issues.
- Conduct daily Pit checks on every shift
- Conduct Contingency reports three times daily
- Degree in Tourism and Hospitality
- Experience in Front Office will be an added advantage
