Job Description
A Real Estate Company is looking for a Principal Registered Agent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EACZ regulations and any other compliance areas.
- Oversight responsibility of the real estate business.
- Property development project management.
- Develop the sales and property management portfolio.
- Develop business strategies to enable the business to become one of the industry players.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ).
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate from a recognized institution.
- Membership of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe as an added advantage.
- At least 5 years in Real Estate industry.
- Clean Driver’s License.
- Highly knowledgeable in Real Estate laws of Zimbabwe.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Team player.
- Professional.
- Honest.
