The position is responsible for secretarial services to Finance and Administration Director and Corporate Services Director.
- Organizing travel and preparing itineraries.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Maintaining diaries.
- Organizing meetings for the Directors and preparation of documents before meetings
- Typing documents
- Handling calls and taking messages
- Filing documents.
Knowledge and Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ms word, excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy with figures
- Highly computer literate.
- 5 "0" Level passes including English Language at grade C or better .
- A National Diploma in Secretarial Studies .
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience.
