Job Description

Responske for establishing work standards, determining staffing requirements, improvement of work methods, systems and resource  utilization through various management services techniques, manpower planning, organization structuring, job evaluation and special projects.

  • Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Productivity Research andAnalytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carries out work study exercises across Council to improve organisational performance.
  • Compiles detailed reports on assignments carried out and submits them to the superior for onwards submission to client departments.
  • Performs organization analysis and participates in the design of organization structures and negotiates approvals for necessary changes.
  • Coordinates the development and implementation of standard operating procedures across departments.
  • Provides Human Capital and productivity insights through the development and tracking of the relevant metric. 
  • Ensures optimum utilisation of resources and manpower through work measurement and performance management systems.
  • Participates in and/or coordinates Human Capital Department projects Attends relevant Council Committee meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Social Sciences or Statistics.
  • Institute of Management Services (UK) Professional Certificate, a distinct advantage.
  • Post Graduate Qualification such as MBA/MBL/MPA/M.Sc. is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a work-study or O&M environment.
  •  Ethics and Integrity.
  • Organizational Awareness.
  • Analytical Thinking.
