Duties and Responsibilities

Plans, schedules and reviews workload and manpower to en targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
Improve operational management systems, processes and practices.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehc efficiency.
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Manage budgets and forecasts.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Establishing and monitoring employee schedules.
Creating programmes for employees' professional development.
Establishing objectives for increased output and imprc efficiency.
Constructing logistics-enhancing solutions.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Managemer Business Management.
CILT qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with adeq knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations stra management.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership ability.
Strong negotiating skills.
Outstanding organisational skills.
