Requirements: An accepted Concept Paper in the field of the research study chosen by the prospective candidate. The Concept paper should cover the following:

• Topic (ii) Introduction and background
• Goal and objectives
• Delimitation of the study
• Research approach and design
• Contribution of the study to scholarship and business practice
• Projected budget

 Prospective candidates should have a Masters' Degree or equivalent from a reputable and accredited University. There must be evidence of Research aooroved by the awarding University.

Candidates must have at least 5years work experience at a managerial level
