- 5 '0' Levels
- Zimbabwe School of Mines Diploma in Mine Surveying or equivalent plus,
- 3 years underground experience in a gold mining environment
- Be a person of integrity
- member of Mine Surveyors Professional Association/Institute
- A team player with good leadership skills
