Reports to the Deputy Associate Director; Support Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of models for cleaning, maintenance and repairs of student accommodation.
- Management of hostels furniture, bedding linen and consumables.
- Development of plans, budgets and reports for the Section.
- Development of an accommodation database for both local and international students.
- Development of models and systems for allocation of student accommodation.
- Development of models and systems for alternative student off campus accommodation.
- Development of models for hiring out of university student accommodation.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Higher National Diploma or a degree in Business Studies or
- Management/Hospitality and Tourism Management.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- A relevant Masters’ degree in the area would be an added advantage
